For a fit person, the walk is not strenuous. It follows the
coastal path for most of the way. You should wear suitable clothing and walking shoes or boots, and

We have recorded a number of short conversations we had when walking the route. These

Starting the walk
Proceeding along the B4327, follow the one-way system into Dale village. There is a ‘pay and
display’ car park near the road, close to the sea front. After you have left the car, continue along the road
towards the houses. Head for the Griffin Inn, about 200 metres from the car park.
